This year’s weather in northeast Minnesota has been unlike any in recent memory. This is, after all, northern Minnesota so we can’t be too surprised by snow in April. What is surprising is the amount of snow and the frequency at which it has fallen. According to the National Weather Service, this is nearly the snowiest April on record, the most snow in Duluth from February on, the latest date for largest seasonal snowfall… you get the point. So with all this in mind, Amanda and Nick’s wedding day should have been all about the weather, right? RIGHT.
Just like their engagement session, precipitation was falling throughout the day. This time, it was big, fat heavy snowflakes. I wasn’t sure they’d be up for going out in this, but once the ceremony ended, they were all game. Congrats to Amanda and Nick!!
Welcome to the Corps, Amanda!
